The integrated Research Training Group (iRTG) supports interdisciplinary work and promotes scientific knowledge as well as professional skills of all reaearchers. The iRTG offers trainings to enhance scientific skills, teaching, funding aquisition, or project management. As a member of the Jena Graduate Academy, iRTG members benefit from the courses provided by the Graduate Academy. A main objective of the iRTG is to foster collaboration between the individual CataLight projects by virtue of its lab exchange programme.
